Chad Kelly
Executive Director & Co-Founder
I serve as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of our faith-based rehab company, Freedom Recovery. The passion for my work comes from my strong faith in Jesus. I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married to the love of my life, Carabeth, and we have two wonderful boys, Hudson and Brady, and an amazing daughter, Arrington. One of the biggest sources of inspiration is seeing and helping others overcome the challenges in life, including addiction. I have seen Gods work, as I went through my own struggles with addiction, struggles with restoring my marriage, and the sudden loss of my younger sister, Chelsea. All of these experiences helped push me from the world of corporate finance to helping lead an OMHAS licensed, CARF accredited, and Medicaid approved treatment facility that is faith-based. When I’m not working at Freedom Recovery I enjoy swimming, playing games, working out, serving at my church, and discussing and eating food!
