Michelle Dineen (LPC, CCTP)
Counselor / Office Manager
Michelle has lived in the Columbus area her whole life. She attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University, graduating in 2004 with a bachelors degree in psychology. In 2005, she began the clinical counseling program at Ashland Theological Seminary. Taking a little longer than expected (because life throws you curve balls), she graduated with a masters in clinical counseling in Dec. 2009.
Michelle has experience working both in a private practice setting as well as community-based counseling. From Jan 2009-October 2010, she worked at Wellspring Counseling Center, counseling clients of all ages/demographics struggling with anything from depression, anxiety, grief, marital strain, substance abuse, and many other mental health issues. From October 2010-April 2011, she worked at The Rosemont Center where she utilized functional family therapy to help families who had delinquent youth (ages 11-17) at risk for institutionalization.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, leading worship at her church, running/exercising, & going to the movies.
